what kind of car is that? the tires are so small, no offense or anything…

None taken. Its a Hyundai Santro XD. Its a hatchback. I agree it does not have high clearance but I drive it mainly because it is fuel efficient and low on maintenance, also this is one of the few cars that does well on the poor Indian roads. This is my second car, and I love it!
